Frequently asked questions
Who designed these toolkits?
All ClariThrive toolkits are designed by a board-certified U.S. psychiatrist with advanced training in public health, clinical experience in medication management, and a background in therapeutic approaches to mental health care.
A psychiatrist is a medical doctor (MD) who specializes in mental health. While psychologists are trained in psychological assessment and therapy, psychiatrists complete medical school and are trained to evaluate both the medical and psychological factors that affect mental health — including diagnosing conditions, prescribing medication, and providing therapy. This medical foundation informs every toolkit in the ClariThrive library.
Who are these toolkits designed for?
Adults aged 18 and older managing symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and related conditions — on their own or alongside a care team. Not intended for use by minors.
Is this therapy or medical care?
No. ClariThrive toolkits are educational and informational resources, not therapy or medical care. They are designed to support — not replace — professional mental health treatment.
Mental health conditions should only be diagnosed through evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek a professional medical or mental health evaluation before assuming or diagnosing any condition.
Purchasing does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. If you have concerns about your mental health or symptoms, always consult a qualified healthcare provider. Consult your treatment team for personalized care.
Do I need a therapist to use these?
ClariThrive toolkits are designed for adults who want structured, evidence-informed tools to better understand and manage their mental health between — or alongside — professional care.
These materials work best when used in combination with support from a licensed provider. For some conditions, professional guidance is especially important. For example, OCD responds best to therapist-guided Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). A medical provider can also help ensure an accurate diagnosis and rule out underlying medical factors.
These materials are for educational purposes only and do not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship. Always consult your care team.
How do I receive my download?
